Our Story
Founded in Bozeman in 2025,
Current Path Job Coaching was created to provide employment support that is built around the person, not the system. We find too often; people are pushed through programs that do not take the time to understand them. Our business does things differently.
We meet our clients where they are, taking the time to understand their strengths, interests, and challenges. From there, we develop a clear plan to prepare for work, secure employment, and build the skills needed to succeed long-term. We work with individuals who face barriers to employment, including people with disabilities, limited work experience, language barriers, or gaps in employment. Services are practical, responsive, and focused on real outcomes.
Our mission is simple: to help people not only find a job, but thrive in it, building independence, stability, and confidence along the way.
Meet Our Team

Mariah Moreno is the founder of Current Path Job Coaching, a Bozeman-based service focused on helping individuals with disabilities find and maintain meaningful, integrated employment. She has experience working in both Vocational Rehabilitation and Developmental Disabilities services and brings a person-centered approach to every client she works with.
Her work focuses on reducing barriers to employment, supporting long-term success, and helping individuals build independence in the workplace. She works closely with employers, Vocational Rehabilitation counselors, and support teams to create better job matches and more sustainable outcomes.
Mariah is committed to providing ethical, individualized support that is built around each person’s strengths, goals, and needs.

Anthony Alvarez is a Job Coach at Current Path Job Coaching, where he supports individuals in finding and maintaining meaningful, community-based employment. He has a background in business management, along with experience in job development, youth programs, and mental health support.
Anthony takes a practical, client-focused approach and works to help individuals build confidence, independence, and long-term success in the workplace.
