    Rate:
    Usually $200 — Now $100 Flat Fee

Book Consult

  • Work one-on-one with a job coach to search for and apply to jobs with structure and consistency. Build a routine, stay organized, and keep your job search moving forward.

    What’s included:

    • Virtual job search sessions with a coach

    • Support searching and applying for jobs

    • Application tracking and organization

    • Guidance on employer follow-up

    Best for:
    People who need ongoing support applying for jobs and staying organized

    Rate:
    $55/hour

  • Get support during the transition into a new job with guidance from a job coach. We help you learn your role, understand expectations, and build the skills needed to succeed and grow independently at work.

    What’s included:

    • Support during training and orientation

    • Guidance on workplace expectations

    • Help identifying and setting up accommodations

    • On-the-job coaching to build independence

    Best for:
    People starting a new job who need support adjusting and succeeding in the workplace

    Rate:
    $70/hour

Current Path Job Coaching partners with local employers, organizations, and individuals to create real opportunities for job seekers. Together, we can expand access to employment, remove barriers, and support people who might otherwise go without the help they need.

Community Partnership
