With experience in both Vocational Rehabilitation and Developmental Disabilities services, Mariah brings a person-centered, values-driven approach to job development, coaching, and long-term support. Her work emphasizes barrier reduction, community integration, and collaboration with employers and VR counselors. Anthony Alvarez is a Job Coach at Current Path Job Coaching, where he supports clients in achieving meaningful, community-based employment. With a bachelor's in business management and experience in job development, youth development program coordination, and mental health support, he brings a well-rounded, client-focused approach to his work. Anthony is invested in helping individuals build confidence, independence, and long-term job success.
